City of Isanti Overview

I currently serve as the Economic Development Director. My job duties include, but are not limited to, the following: - Developing the City industrial parks utilizing Tax Increment Financing, tax abatement and other methods. - Redeveloping blighted properties utilizing Grants and Tax Increment Financing. - Structuring finance packages for incoming businesses. - Representing the City at property transactions and putting together the necessary paperwork to get the deals done. - Organizing City/EDA business retention events. - Serving as the chief staff person assigned to the City EDA.
