The Department of Development Services is charged with helping to craft an action plan for new and prospective businesses within the City that is consistent with the Mayors vision for future infrastructure improvements and job development opportunities. We are comprised of five divisions that collectively provide services related to economic development, job growth, urban planning, housing, code enforcement & zoning, blight remediation, and cultural & special events.
