The City of Greenville has an opportunity for a Planner II (Historic Preservation) in our Planning and Development Services Department. This position will provide advanced technical assistance and analysis related to City planning initiatives, land development applications, and zoning enforcement. This involves evaluating and handling different land development requests, creating plans, reports, studies, and analyses on long-term planning issues, serving as a zoning enforcement officer for the City, gathering and managing up-to-date and long-term planning information, aiding the general public, and offering staff support to various boards and commissions when required.
