JOB PURPOSE :

Performs intermediate semiskilled and skilled work in the maintenance of City Buildings. Helps with maintenance, upkeep and take down of City Christmas lights and displays.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Maintenance and upkeep of City Buildings. Repairs and upkeep of Christmas lights and displays.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Any combination of education equivalent to graduation from high school and some experience in the maintenance.

Hours may vary and may include evening and weekend work.

A post-offer drug screen and physical is required for all positions.

• 8 hour shift
