City of Gallup, NM is Hiring an OUTREACH COORDINATOR (Open Positions: 1) Near Gallup, NM
GENERAL PURPOSE:The purpose of this position is to improve the quality of life in the City of Gallup and McKinley County by reducing alcohol-related deaths and related social issues such as public inebriation, homelessness, unemployment, etc. in a manner that is respectful of the diverse culture of our citizens. This is accomplished by coordinating efforts with State, County, Tribal, and non-profit service providers and partners to achieve the overall goals of the behavioral health grants and related programs activities, and services. Duties include coordinating local advocate groups and performing administrative duties. Other duties include interacting with and engaging the community and service providers in program planning and implementation. Under the general direction of the Behavioral Health Program Manager.
