POSITION SUMMARY
Under the Golf Pro’s direction, the Golf Pro Shop Aide is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Pro Shop.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Opening and closing the Pro Shop daily.
• Collecting fees.
• Reconciling all financial transactions and preparing a daily deposit summary.
• Restocking golf merchandise, food and snacks.
• Answering phone calls in a professional manner and responding to customer concerns both in person and on the phone.
• Scheduling and managing tee times, including tee time announcements.
• Assisting with golf carts when needed, including preparing cart signage and cart position for both regular play and special charitable outings.
• Provide direction and assist volunteers, as needed.
