Overview:
Seeking enthusiastic, passionate and self-motivated individuals to provide group and private swim instruction to our community members. Previous experience teaching or coaching swimming, participating on a competitive swim team, or working as an educator preferred. A Variety of schedules available afternoons and weekends. No Experience, No problem. Paid training available.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Teach basic and advanced swimming, while incorporating water safety topics
2. Provide a safe, trusting and enjoyable experience to our customers
3. Organize and develop daily lesson plans for your students
4. Evaluate and communicate student progress verbally, and through progress reports
5. Maintain appropriate records and reports
6. Attend all trainings and In-Services as required
7. Attend work on a regular, reliable basis and secure substitutes for shifts unable to attend

Education and ExperienceMinimum 15 years old, Lifeguard certified preferred, will accept local and nationally recognized certifications

Must have CPR/AED Certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Hourly Wage:

$16.00 - $21.00/hour
