JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Planning Clerk – Part Time
JOB CLASS: 51
MINIMUM SALARY: $14.33 / hr
STATUS: Non-Exempt
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CLASS:
Under supervision from the Director of the Planning & Development Department, this position involves scanning documents, organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
- Scan documents, name files, and place electronic files in proper location.
- Organize electronic and paper files as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to operate office equipment including computers, printers, scanners and associated software.
- Ability to retrieve files and documents, and return them to their proper location.
- Ability to work cooperatively with team members.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
None
