Responsible for set-up and clean-up of birthday party area, greeting and assisting guests, serving food and beverages, and assisting with party games. Essential Functions:

• Responsible for working scheduled parties and events at Water Works Park and Denton Natatorium
• Greet guests and help bring in and store gifts
• Responsible for all set up and clean up for booked parties
• Serve food and beverages to all party guests
• Maintain positive relationships with all employees and supervisors
• Follows established City of Denton policies and procedures
• Must have ability to deal with guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Directs all guests to areas throughout Water Works Park and the Denton Natatorium
• Attend all staff meetings and trainings as required

• Maintain regular and punctual on-site attendance

Additional Duties:

• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications / Acceptable Equivalency:

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Minimum of one-year experience with customer service

• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and have an outgoing personality

OR

• Any combination of related education, experience, certifications and licenses that will result in a candidate successfully performing the essential functions of the job
