This position requires both technical and administrative skills and has the responsibility for drawing and specifications review, permitting, inspection of construction and enforcement of the City's Code and ordinances. Reviews site and building plans for landscaping and stormwater facilities; structural and other building components; plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and electrical construction; fire protection; energy code requirements; building setbacks; and signage and parking requirements.
