City of Darlington Fire Department is Hiring a Firefighter Near Darlington, SC

working a 24 hour on and 48 hour off schedule, you will be required to Respond to emergency and non-emergency incidents; provide appropriate services as required including emergency rescue and fire suppression; perform search and rescue for trapped or injured persons; perform emergency medical and first aid services as needed; prepare reports regarding emergency incidents as assigned. Ensuring all equipment is in ready condition to respond at any moment. Performs any other services that may be requested by the city . Must be able to attend large training session while off duty. Must be able to pass a firefighter physical. South Carolina CDL or Class E Drivers License required, IFSAC FFII, EVDT, Pump Operations, or Pro board certifications preferred.

Pay: From $37,000.00 per year
