The City of Bristol, Virginia is seeking applications for a Finance Director. This position reports to the Assistant City Manager and works to plan, organize, and direct the financial management and accounting activities of the City.

Bachelor’s Degree with major course work in business, accounting, finance, or related field required.

5 to 7 years of progressively responsible local, state, federal government, or private sector experience in accounting, finance or auditing preferred.

Strong leadership skills including demonstrated supervisory experience required.
