Summer Seasonal: May through August (variable hours; approximately 10-40 hours/week)Responsible for supervision and maintenance of Krueger Pool during work hours (including, but not limited to, security, cleanliness, and safety). Safety and direct supervision of swimmers during all open and lap swim opportunities.Coordination and planning of program related activities and events.Complete necessary paperwork specific to job responsibilities (attendance forms, accident/incident report forms, facility checklists, etc.).Encourage children to participate in activities through positive reinforcement.Supervise special events held at Krueger Pool. Serve as a positive role model to the participants.Perform set-up and take-down of program related equipment.Respond to emergency situations, following established emergency protocols.Must attend all required in-service trainings
