MARTECH SOLUTIONS ANALYST
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The MarTech Solution Analyst works with MarTech solutions to support marketing initiatives that achieve our business objectives. The roadmap includes working with our delivery partners and vendors to enable, utilize and expand our MarTech capabilities.
Marketing Product and Digital Division
As a member of our Marketing, Product and Digital team, you will have an exceptional opportunity to help grow your career while driving change across many facets of the business. The team is passionately focused on building our brand, supporting banking products and finding innovative ways to engage and retain clients.
What you will do
- Support the execution of the MarTech roadmap.
- Support training and understanding of the MarTech tools into the marketing teams.
- Manage day to day operations of at least 2 MarTech solutions
- Support MarTech solutions integrations and cross-funcational use cases
- Maintain SLAs for at least 2 MarTech solutions and insure compliance
- Maintain best in class documentation (user guides, results decks, scorecards, etc.) for at least 2 martech solutions
- Provide data analysis, insights and storytelling to support both marketing and martech initiatives.
- Support collaboration with marketing partners to determine marketing strategy. KPIs, campaign execution tactics, and measurement.
- All other appropriate duties as required.
Must-Have*
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience with at least two martech solutions
- Minimum 2 years of experience with web and/or data analytics
Skills and Knowledge
- Experience with the Adobe Experience Platform (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Ad Cloud, and/or Adobe RTCDP CJA JO)
Compensation
Starting base salary: $78,970 - $126,140 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
