Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Loan Officer to join our team. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for making consumer, business and mortgage loans. Duties:

- Conduct credit analysis to determine the eligibility of loan applicants

- Guide clients through the loan application process, providing them with information on loan options, terms, and conditions

- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial documents and complete loan applications

- Evaluate loan applications and make recommendations based on creditworthiness, income, and debt-to-income ratio

- Work closely with underwriters to ensure timely processing of loan applications

- Maintain knowledge of current lending regulations, including TILA and FNMA guidelines

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner

- Collaborate with escrow officers, title companies, and other parties involved in the loan closing process

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in lending practices

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in a financial institution

- Strong knowledge of credit analysis and loan origination processes

- Familiarity with financial sales techniques and strategies

- Proficiency in using loan origination software such as Quicken or similar programs

- Excellent mathematical skills for calculating interest rates, payments, and other financial figures

- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
