WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Support Internal Partners with Tier 2 level card account operations via phone and email
• Assist Internal Partners and their clients in completing tasks that include but are not limited to :
• Initial boarding of clients on TSYS card system and set-up of Accounts on Online Platforms
• Support Internal Partner and Client experience with various complex CNB online platform requests
• Engage vendor partners by opening tickets within the vendors ticketing systems to help mitigate client issues
• Be knowledgeable in card processes and know when to direct internal partners to the appropriate colleagues or teams to best answer the partner and / or their client's questions
• Handle client service requests via CNB service ticketing system services to include, but are not limited to :
• Credit balance refund requests
• Supporting product features
• Maintenance of accounts
• Support Clients within the departmental assigned SLA's
• Adhere to all CNB and federal / regulatory compliance standards
• Provide support to all teams within the Credit Card Operations group
• Minimum 2 years of banking experience or relevant schooling to banking experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Working knowledge / experience with commercial cards preferred but not necessary
• Ability to maintain up to date knowledge of the Bank's Card policies and procedures to provide efficient internal partner as well as client support
• Proven experience in demonstrating or creating initiatives think outside the box
• Be a champion for change
• Ability to concurrently manage multiple projects and timeframes
• Have a developed sense of urgency
• Excellent organizational, problem solving, analytical, planning, and scheduling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of Bank management
• Proficiency in Access and / or other advanced Microsoft products is a bonus, but not necessary
• This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position, however, as a supplier your expected pay range may differ : (USD)28.
