City Leaves of Egg Harbor Township, NJ is hiring Part Time Budtender for our Dispensary opening soon. We aim to provide world class customer service to all of our guests who visit our Recreational Dispensary.

Job Summary

The Budtender is responsible for creating world class experience to all our customers. The budtender will provide accurate descriptions of our products and match customers desired outcomes with products. The budtender is responsible for compliance with all policy and procedures of the business

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Promote a positive work environment
• Accurately use and maintain the POS System
• Build customer relationships
• Maintain up to date knowledge on product and industry knowledge
• Meet sales goals
• Verify accuracy of online orders
• Perform routine inventory counts
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Ability to handle cash transactions
• Ensure safety compliance is followed according to the SOP’s
• Assist with Opening and closing

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to complete background checks as required by local, state, and federal requirements
• Retail Sales preferred
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Positive Attitude
