City Kia of Greater Orlando has several immediate full-time openings for Service Drive Greeters and Porters  in our fast-paced Service Department. This position is essential for our Service Drive which is a very fast paced environment averaging 140 to 200 appointments daily.

The Service Greeter is responsible for providing a prompt, warm and professional welcome to our guests as they arrive on the service drive. The greeter assures the guest receives expeditious service and is connected with the proper team member.

This position requires you to regularly run, walk and stand for long periods of time. To be eligible for one of these positions you must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid drivers’ license. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service department and customer waiting areas
• Keep track of customer’s vehicle location in the service department
• Retrieve and park customer vehicles in designated areas
• Assist service department with various tasks such as moving vehicles, delivering parts, etc.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times while interacting with customers and colleagues
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Other duties as assigned by the service department manager

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or similar role preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays
