Join our Enterprise Design team to craft tailored digital experiences that support every phase of homeownership.
This role offers a 7-12 month contract opportunity, extendable as needed. Based in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX, it offers a hybrid work setup.
Responsibilities:
- Design and refine product experiences for our home loan offerings.
- Engage in user research upfront to deeply understand user needs and behaviors, and conduct usability testing to ensure solutions meet user expectations, with support from Experience Researchers.
- Champion the user perspective in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers to shape roadmaps, gather requirements, and structure projects.
- Conceptualize and prototype various solutions, including unconventional yet feasible options.
- Map out product interactivity across omnichannel services and features, using user flows and wireframes.
- Create detailed UI designs, adhering to our Design System, to bring solutions to fruition.
- Present designs, demonstrating how they align with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant design field (e.g., Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design), certification from a reputable bootcamp or similar program, or equivalent professional experience.
- Self-motivated to plan, organize, and deliver high-quality work.
- Experience collaborating within design teams and cross-functionally with product managers and engineers.
- Proficiency in Interaction Design and either Visual/UI Design or Information Architecture; intermediate skills in related areas like User Research, UX Writing, and Prototyping.
- Ability to showcase how technical considerations influenced design decisions.
- Confident in presenting work to cross-functional teams.
