Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Wedding/Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for offering site tours and eventually, coordinating events on the day of the event.

Duties:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their wedding vision and preferences
- Plan and coordinate all wedding details from start to finish
- Coordinate event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and vendor schedules
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
- Upsell services to enhance the overall wedding experience
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process

Experience:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication
- Familiarity with event marketing strategies
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
