Position: Reverse Mortgage Telemarketing Specialist / Loan Officer Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to the benefits of reverse mortgages and assessing their interest and suitability.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospects by using strategic sales tactics honed through comprehensive training.
• Achieve and surpass monthly sales and performance targets to ensure personal and team goals are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the initial stages of the reverse mortgage process.
• Document all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system for follow-up and compliance purposes.

Qualifications:

• A fearless approach to cold calling and a strong desire to drive sales.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade and influence potential clients.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Motivated by high earning potential and career growth.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection without deterrence.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
