City-County Employees Credit Union is Hiring a Member Service Representative Near Clearwater, FL
Job Title: Member Service Officer
Job Status: Non-Exempt
Reports To: VP
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for providing information on credit union products and services to members in accordance with credit union policies and procedures and state and federal rules and regulations. Responsible for opening and maintaining member accounts, interviewing and evaluating applications for loans and processing various loan applications.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Open and maintain member accounts
- Answer phones and assist members
- Take and process loan applications by in person, phones or on-line.
- Complies with BSA and federal regulations
- Assist in other areas as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
