Job Summary

In support of our growth, City Brewery is seeking to add a Facility Recruiter to its Irwindale HR team. This individual will partner with HR and hiring teams to support the end to end recruitment lifecycle for hourly facility roles in Irwindale.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains relationships with hiring teams to understand and anticipate hourly hiring needs across multiple facility teams; assists with critical exempt recruitment as needed 
• Understands and observes hiring and promotion guidelines put in place by collective bargaining agreements to ensure compliance
• Communicates regularly with candidates to build trust and provide an exceptional candidate experience 
• Maintains applicant/candidate records appropriately through City's applicant tracking system 
• Participates in hiring events to promote City's openings and brand; lead as needed
• Assist new hire orientation/training; collaborates with Training and Development to ensure uniform messaging in line with other City locations
• Complies with all legal and regulatory requirements for the recruitment process and communicates to appropriate parties when potential compliance issues are identified
• Utilizes creative sourcing methods to connect hiring teams with niche, specialized talent

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in recruiting in a fast-paced, growing environment; manufacturing/engineering experience 
• Proficiency utilizing applicant tracking systems to organize and maintain appropriate records and data 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Proficiency using MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel 
• Experience working with union environments and comfortability in utilizing CBAs regularly
