Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team. The Loader Operator will be responsible for operating a wheel loader as part of our composting team.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment including loaders, excavators, grinders, and screens.
- Perform tasks such as moving materials and feeding screens
- Safely load and unload materials onto trucks or into designated areas.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Skills:
- Proficiency in loader operation and other heavy equipment such as skidsteers and excavators.
- Mechanical knowledge for basic equipment maintenance.
- Ability to mix and build as per project requirements.
