  Guide customers through the auto repair / maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, schedule service appointments and more.
• Greet customers and offer additional services and special promotions
• Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, review completed work order with customer and ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain high CSI
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 
  Automotive Service Advisor Experience is preferred
• Chevrolet experience is a plus!
• Excellent customer service, communication and computer skills
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, and motivated to succeed
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
