Citrus Hills Investment Properties, LLC is hiring a full-time supervisor for our gate guardhouse.

• Full time. Alternating shifts (gate is manned 24 hours a day, every day) ability to work any shift when required, subject to discussion.
• $14.00-$17.00/hr
• Terra Vista Guard House (2385 N. Terra Vista Blvd).
• Security functions: Operate gates and greet entrants. Provide directions and answer questions when necessary. Answer telephones. Record any irregularities or incidents involving visitors, residents, gates, and security equipment in the log book.
• Some experience is preferred but not required.
• Security, law enforcement, and customer service preferred.
• Ability to self-manage, manage gate personnel, set schedules, and work with company executives.
• Determine if additional gate personnel are necessary, interview candidates, and make hire recommendations to company executives.
• Commit to high professional standards and regularly reinforce those standards with gate personnel, to ensure compliance.

Must live within a commutable distance to Citrus County.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
