Our brilliantly innovative web and mobile apps help companies stay connected with features like voicemail to email, toll free and local numbers, custom greetings, multiple extensions and call forwarding to any phone anywhere in the world, all through their existing devices.Job DescriptionYou will be designing for scale and your data-driven decisions will affect millions of mobile users.In this position, you will:Manage the design of individual features and take ownership for defining a long-term design strategyCollaborate closely with engineers, product managersRegularly directly engage with customers through interviews and usability testingFormalize design work into web and mobile patterns and guidelinesRegularly deliver vision concepts and thought leadershipBe a trusted and indispensable partner to the Grasshopper Product Line Director and other Comms Cloud leadersQualificationsAt least 6 years’ experience designing web and mobile applicationsDeep knowledge of web and mobile user interface patternsSignificant experience solving complex interaction design problems and designing complex workflows and visual systemsSignificant knowledge of responsive designExcellent sketching and wireframing skills, excellent ability to product hi-fidelity mock-ups, obsession with details and pixel-perfectionExpertise in InVision or equivalent prototyping toolExpertise in Sketch, Adobe Fireworks or equivalent graphic design toolsDesign degree or equivalentAn online portfolioAdditional InformationHigh visibility opportunity within a growing, collaborative environmentWork on exciting web and mobile products and applications that are constantly evolvingHigh emphasis put on the user experience
