What You Do:
Work as an integral member of a team, collaborating with peers to provide amazing patient care from check-in to check-out, and perform routine clinical front and back office tasks, including but not limited to:
Work as an integral member of a team, collaborating with peers to provide amazing patient care from check-in to check-out, and perform routine clinical front and back office tasks, including but not limited to:
- Welcoming patients and families to the clinic with a warm greeting and friendly demeanor
- Effectively communicating with patients and making them feel comfortable
- Blood Draws, injections, EKG, triage, vitals, x-rays, splinting
- Point of Care lab testing
- Insurance verification
- Answering phone calls or patient registration questions when necessary
- Maintaining cleanliness standards in all areas of the clinic
- Coaching or onboarding new peer hires occasionally
- Other duties as assigned
What You Bring:
- Relevant healthcare and customer service experience
- Familiarity with medical supplies, medical terminology, and billing procedures
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- A positive vibe, team spirit, and eagerness to learn
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Education, Certifications, and Licenses You Have:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- NCT or LMRT License (preferred)
- MA Certification (preferred)
Physical Requirements:
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays
- Able to work a 6 hour shift, 6pm - midnight
- Able to stand, sit, bend, twist, and stretch to care for patients as needed
Pay Range: $16-$23/hour shift differentials, commensurate with applicable healthcare experience
