Citizens Memorial is Hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant Near Buffalo, MO
Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant to join their dynamic team providing services in a long-term care setting at Colonial Springs Healthcare Center in Buffalo, Missouri. This facility is a 134-bed long-term care, skilled nursing center offering in-patient and outpatient rehabilitation services.
Our Rehab Services team members promote restoration of the functional abilities of individuals through appropriate therapy treatments. We prioritize patients by listening to their needs and goals to achieve the best possible outcomes.
A typical day includes collaborating with team members to determine appropriate treatment plans, communicating with patients to explain therapies being applied and to provide home care instructions, and providing individualized patient therapy treatments.
The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm.
Job Requirements:
- Licensure/Certification: Current Missouri Physical Therapy Assistant Certification
