Citizens Memorial Healthcare Foundation (CMH) is recruiting a Director of Nutritional Services. 

Colonial Springs Healthcare Center is a 134-bed long-term care, skilled nursing center. It includes a 34-bed memory care unit, as well as a 16-bed high-functioning memory care unit. These units meet the specific needs of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

A typical day will include: Supervising food preparation and meal services to residents, visitors, and staff of the facility. Helping to select and orient new employees. Setting an example to staff and other employees by professional attitude. Cooperating with Infectious Control and Quality Improvement Committee to develop and maintain quality programs and standards. Other duties as requested.

The position is Full Time, Days 8:00a.m- 4:30p.m

Licensure/Certification: Dietary Manager's License or Equivalent
