Hospice care is designed to manage pain and other symptoms of disease, when a cure is no longer sought, to enable patients to live an alert, pain-free life so their final months and weeks are peaceful and dignified. Our team of healthcare professionals provides not only medical and nursing care, but also emotional, spiritual and bereavement support for patient and family.
A typical day will include: Providing grief and other patient counseling as requested by patients or families; assists with patient issues with regard to consent, treatment, resuscitation, end of life decisions and advance directives performs marketing and PR duties for the Hospice Department; behaves in a manner consistent with mission and objectives of CMH and performs other duties requested.
The position is Part Time, Days
