Brief Job Description:

1. Have knowledge of the loan documentation or lending process and lending software to maintain, update and load loan information quickly and accurately to generate loan documentation.

2. Generate loan documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with the timing deadlines in the Centralized Loan Processing Procedures.

3. Work well and efficiently with all lending staff to ensure receipt of the required information and documentation needed for a complete CLP request.

4. Review loan requests and documents and correct all documentation errors before sending loan documents to loan preparation specialists or lenders for printing.

5. On a daily basis for all CLP tasks performed that day, accurately key the start and finish times and transaction details on the CLP Log.
