Job Summary:

The Digital Sales Representative – Business Developer will create and deliver digital advertising and sales content across a variety of media sources.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Coordinates periodic sales content and promotions based on market trends.
• Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
• Compiles materials and coordinates activities related to special events such as social gatherings, new location openings, new services, or anticipated product release.
• Develops and maintains files related to sales content, weekly ads, and marketing and special event communications; ensures they are available for future reference.
• Oversees production of advertising and sales materials.
• Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
• Coordinates virtual meetings, email blasts, push texts, and/or phone calls.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Extremely creative and inventive.
• Ability to compile, analyze, and communicate data.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:

• High school degree required, plus 2 year experience, Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
