Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining, repairing and/or replacing all manufacturing, packaging and transfer equipment(pumps, valves and meters) to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Responsible for building repair and maintenance including installation of replacement equipment. Assists in construction of new facilities. Responsible for performing a variety of welding and/or electrical repairs. Complies with all safety regulations and requirements. Performs preventive maintenance on company fleet vehicles and forklifts. Maintains building and grounds. Responsible for testing boiler chemicals and assuring proper operation and recording results. Responsible for maintaining the safe operation of the API separator 24/7. Assists in production and other department as needed. Maximizes efficient use of company assets.Cleans facility, tanks and blending kettles.

Minimum Qualifications:

Degree / The minimum number of years of job related experience required by this job is:

• High School or equivalent plus 1 year maintenance experience.

Job Duties:

1. Responsible for performing a variety of repairs on pumps, meters, transfer lines and packaging equipment to minimize downtime.
2. Responsible for performing a variety of welding and/or electrical repairs.
3. Responsible for assuring proper operation of the API separator 24/7.
4. Responsible for testing and chemical treating of the boiler to assure safe and continuous operation and record results for ISO 9000.
5. Responsible for preventive maintenance on pumps, blenders, fork lifts and fleet vehicles.
6. Responsible for maintenance and repairs of facility and grounds.
7. Responsible for assisting packaging and / or loading rack department.
8. Maintain A safe work enviroment.
9. Implements all ISO 9000 procedures to assure that ISO certification is maintained.
10. Cleans facility, tanks and blending kettles.
11. Assist in loading and unoading box trucks.
