Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced painter to join our team. As the painting foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various residential painting projects. We focus on new residential construction projects in Belgrade. With work scheduled out for the next couple of years we are looking for a motivated and highly skilled painting foreman to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Review project plans, specifications, and specific site documents to understand project requirements
- Create and manage production schedule
- Supervise small team of residential painters
- Coordinate with general contractor, suppliers, and other vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns

Experience:
- Proven experience in residential interior and exterior latex painting
- Strong knowledge of paint prep and application process
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
