We are a small but growing Multi-Family, government and commercial Architectural firm with a focus on construction and assisting our clients in their projects from inception to occupancy. We are looking for a Mid-level architect / Project Architect to join our team.

Responsibilities:
The position involves contributing to the production coordination and management of projects from design concept through construction administration. Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and demonstrate a strong ability in the following:

• Ability to manage projects, collaborate with consultants and lead project teams independently.
• Strong graphics, drafting and visual presentation skills.
• Construction Documentation, (including design details).
• supporting the construction administration process
• Building codes
• Multi-family experience strongly desired
• Excellent communication skills
• Project management skills
• Qualifications:

Professional degree Bachelors of Architecture or Master's in Architecture from an accredited institution
5-10 years of experience minimum

• Proficiency in AutoCad Required
• Proficiency in Revit Required
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
