Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medication reminders according to care plans
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and dishwashing
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Document daily care accurately and timely
- Communicate any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate supervisor
Requirements
- Prior experience as a caregiver is strongly preferred
- Must have a genuine passion for helping others
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CPR / First Aid certification is a plus
- Physical stamina to meet the demands of the job
