Cisive, a leader in providing crucial insights and data-driven solutions, is seeking a data-savvy individual to join our team. The Research Associate is an entry level position and will serve as a shared team member for multiple divisions within the company, with the primary responsibility of researching databases for information and performing data entry tasks. The Research Associate will support the operational team by providing accurate data.

Essential Job Duties

• Perform research in local, state and federal databases and enter information into a proprietary, inhouse database.
• Develop quality control procedures, monitor trends, and evaluate data collected.
• Report on special projects, as needed.
• Must also be trained to fingerprint and must pass fingerprint training.
• Available to work 11:00am - 7:00pm Monday through Friday on-site.

Education & Qualification Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Able to multitask efficiently and effectively. 
• Critical thinking.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to research items, evaluate data and monitor trends.
• Self-motivated with minimal oversight.
