Who We AreYou will join the Productization Team as the Manager taking Silicon One ASICS from proto to production. You will be working with custom network processors, transceivers, mixed signal ICs, multi-die modules, bare die and stacked die.
What You'll DoOur team drives the post-silicon validation cycle to meet Product Quality and Time to Market Metrics. In a multi-function team, you will guide the team to develop test, characterization and qualification plans and ensure smooth execution. This role requires prior experience as a Test / Product/ Q&R Engineer, bringing vital technical background to bear on some of the most groundbreaking and complex devices. This position would require a broad skill set across test development, characterization, manufacturing, failure analysis, qualification, SPC, yield improvement and process control. Design / DFT knowledge is a huge advantage.
You would need strong program leadership skills to lead cross-domain dependencies and communicate for action to internal partners and external vendors. You will develop program schedules, budgets and manage execution to meet product cost and quality targets. In this role, you will utilize your expertise with Advantest 93K to guide test development to achieve lower test costs via optimized test implementation. You will work closely with OSATs to set up test infrastructure as well as deploy test programs for production.
Who You'll Work WithWe collaborate with ASIC design teams as well as several peer groups in Supply Chain Operations to influence Cisco Silicon One Productization Strategy.
