We are seeking a highly strategic and analytical Director of Marketing Partnerships and Virtual Sales to join our Sales and Partner (S&P) team. This individual will play a critical role in advancing our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, focusing on leveraging Cisco's established processes and tools. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Cisco's GTM methodologies, including New Year Readiness, Commerce Workflows, and Salesforce (SFDC) integrations, as well as a proven track record of success in virtual and specialist sales motions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to support Cisco's GTM plans, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and partner ecosystems.
* Serve as the subject matter expert on Cisco's current GTM processes and tools, including New Year Readiness initiatives, Cisco Commerce, and SFDC, to optimize sales and partner performance.
* Drive the adoption of virtual sales techniques and specialist sales motions, and provide guidance on best practices to the sales team and partners.
* Structure and analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth within the virtual and specialist sales arenas.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and partner organizations, to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies into the broader GTM framework.
* Foster strong relationships with partners, ensuring their needs are met and their contributions to Cisco's GTM efforts are maximized.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and sales motions, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
* In-depth knowledge of Cisco's GTM, including supporting processes and tools such as New Year Readiness, Commerce, and SFDC.
* Expertise in virtual and specialist sales motion with a proven track record of driving sales success in these areas.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and analyze data to drive strategic decisions.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage partners and internal teams.
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field within the technology industry, with a focus on partnership development and virtual sales.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
