This position is based in Lowell, MA.

A day as a Supervisor, Facilities in Cirtec Medical

The position is primarily responsible for the day to day implementation of policies, procedures, and work that will assure a well maintained facility. Maximum emphasis is placed on positive response to the concerns and needs of the company and the leadership and performance of the facilities team.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Key areas of expertise are:

• Ensure all interior space requirements, building layout/footprints, architectural elements, aesthetics, department work requirements and HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning) needs are consistently met and maximized.

• Ensure projects are completed within time, cost, and scope specifications.

• De-Ionized water system maintenance.

Must Have:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in facilities or maintenance management/leadership.

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, De-Ionized water systems, Nitrogen Generators.

• Chemical Handling, Chemical Waste Removal experience.

Good to have:

• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.

• Strong project management skills and ability to address time, scope, risk and communications issues.

• Experience with supplier negotiations and supplier management
