Role: Senior User Experience Designer
Location: Hybrid at Atlanta, GA
Duration: 6 Months of Contract
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints.
Lead the design process from concept to execution, including wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Create user personas, journey maps, and other design artifacts to communicate design concepts and rationale.
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to prioritize features and ensure a cohesive user experience.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organization.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on contact center solutions.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and successful projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Knowledge of agile development methodologies and experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
