Cirrus iNtegrated Practice Management (CiPM) is immediately seeking an entry level Authorization Specialist. The position is located at our administrative office in Ashburn, VA directly behind One Loudoun.
The role of Authorization Specialist is responsible for scheduling patient appointments, verifying and obtaining insurance benefits and authorizations for patients as well as verifying patient eligibility with other patient-centric duties. Ideal candidates should be able to work independently with the ability to articulate information to patients, office staff and physicians’ offices. This candidate must be a team player, proactive, quality focused, and adaptable. Past medical/radiology experience is not required, but strongly recommended. Full-time position Monday - Friday, 8 hr. shifts. (Remote option may be considered).
