Plan, organize, lead and participate in the operations and activities of the Warehouse; train, supervise, and direct warehouse support staff.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for collecting, organizing, and inputting data related to various warehouse businesses, and reporting to the supervisors or managers of each department
• Maintain employee records and files to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Complete onboarding and offboarding flow for new and departing employees
• Collect employee files such as applications, resumes and other documents
• Perform data entry and filing of all HR related documents
• Assist with Human Resources projects such as benefits processing and special events.
• Manage employee attendance records and leave requests
• Answer calls, letters, and forward general emails to relevant departments or personnel
• Fill in, submit, organize and archive administrative related documents
• Warehouse working environment maintenance inspection and management
• Complete human resources or administrative related paperwork assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, experience in human resources is preferred
• Understand basic human resources functions and concepts
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Chinese and English bilingual speaking and dictation
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
