Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of materials and supervising a team of warehouse associates. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse associates to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of products in compliance with company standards
- Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss
- Train and develop warehouse staff on proper procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor productivity and performance metrics to meet or exceed targets
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Implement and enforce OSHA regulations and safety guidelines
- Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory levels, orders, and shipments
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, materials handling, and inventory management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software
- Familiarity with distribution center operations, shipping, and receiving processes
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols in a warehouse environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $50,652.80 - $61,001.23 per year
