Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is the face of our company and promotes our products and services. This position requires travel to New York State licensed dispensaries in the upstate NY region (Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse areas). This position attends trade shows and events to showcase Cirona. Areas of responsibility include being a social media super user with the ability to advertise our products and answer client queries online. Ultimately, increasing our company’s brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – BRAND AMBASSADOR

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Promoting Cirona’s products through personal interactions by setting up / hosting / attending events.

Creates brand packages (samples, event boxes etc.)

Conducts product sampling/demonstrations at various locations and events. Engages prospective clients and explains product value propositions.

Undergoes comprehensive product training. Documents and reports on customer leads weekly.

Schedules client appointments and assists in the planning and promotions of events. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Completes any and all duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

High School Diploma or GED (Two years college or equivalent work experience preferred) Three years of related experience or relevant coursework.

Able to exchange non-routine information using tact and persuasion as appropriate

Must be computer literate, able to interface with PCs, and understand all software packages specifically used by Cirona Labs (Bio track, Wherefour, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, HubSpot/CRM, Leafline etc.)

Must be able to interpret and apply all technical literature necessary to support job requirements. Must have good analytical and reasoning skills.

Must be a self-started, proactive and takes initiative.

Forecasts and strategizes future actions to stay ahead.

Good oral and written communication skills. Punctual and must have reliable transportation.

Must have a clean driving record and successfully pass a DMV check.

Company will supply a computer for use of company related matters only. Must be knowledgeable of all regulatory policies as they apply to Cirona Labs.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:

Work involves daily exposure to unusual elements, such as dirt, dust, fumes, extreme temperatures (hot and cold), humidity, darkness, and noise.

Work environment involves daily exposure to physical risks, such as working around mechanical, chemical, and electrical hazards.

Ability to wear PPE (personal protective equipment) such as hair net, earplugs, beard net (if applicable), protective gloves, safety harness, safety glasses and slip resistant work shoes/boots.

Personal protective equipment, as defined by Cirona Labs, will be provided.

Position requires the ability to stand; sit at a desk; walk around office and facility; lifting and carrying packages up to 50 pounds; utilizing fine dexterity; and reaching, kneeling, crawling, and twisting. Also requires the ability to see; hear; and communicate by utilizing professional etiquette with all levels of associates and with external vendors.

High stress tolerance, adaptable, ability to work in an ever-changing environment, flexible.
