What is this role?
As the Project Manager, E-commerce for Cirkul, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class ecommerce experience that delivers on customer expectations and makes it easy for customers to get started with and continue enjoying Cirkul products. You will collaborate with our Director of E-commerce, developers, UI/UX team, and key stakeholders across various departments (marketing, CX, design, operations, and finance) to scope, size, and prioritize work across the e-commerce experience.
What does an average day look like?

• Driving Results:
• Develop, plan, and manage a project plan and backlog for our website experience and Shopify Plus ecommerce platform that aligns with customer and stakeholder needs and company goals.
• Taking Ownership:
• Lead a flexible and reactive workflow planning and project management process (sprint planning, roadmapping, etc) with our developers to deliver on customer needs and company goals.
• Making Decisions:
• Draw insights from customer behavior and feedback and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
• Connect product work to business outcomes and invest time and resources accordingly and appropriately.
• Cultivating Relationships:
• Work with our developers to scope, size, and gather requirements for new features, technologies, integrations, or requests, in order to understand the timeline, resources, and potential impact of projects.
• Instilling Trust:
• Measure, monitor, and report out on key website/ecomm performance indicators while understanding levers for improvement (across conversion rate, customer experience, retention, and LTV).
• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful project elements and areas of improvement.
• Customer Focus:
• Communicate prioritization and work timeline expectations across stakeholders and business units.

What background should you have?

• 2 years of experience as a project manager on an e-commerce platform.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with agile approaches to product development.
• Strong commitment to rapid experimentation and growth-hacking mindset.
• Strong planning and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple high priority projects and tasks.
• Proficient with project management tools, including: Asana, Smartsheet, JIRA, Slack
• Ability to communicate effectively across the entire organization and all levels of technical skills.
