What is this role? As a Project Management Associate at Cirkul, you will be instrumental in assisting the New Products Introductions Team with their project load. While the Project Manager navigates the broader aspects of the project, your role will be integral in managing the granular, day-to-day tasks and communications essential to successful project completion.
What does an average day look like?

• Driving Results: Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to assist in the meticulous planning and oversight of projects.
• Taking Ownership: Act as a liaison, bridging communication between different departments or team members to ensure everyone is aligned and informed.
• Making Decisions: Employ project management tools and methodologies to ensure projects remain on track, adhering to predefined scopes, timeframes, and budgets. Identify risks and assemble risk mitigation strategies.
• Cultivating Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners for seamless project execution.
• Instilling Trust: Proactively identify potential challenges or delays and work towards preemptive solutions.
• Customer Focus: Ensure all stakeholders are regularly updated on project progress, changes, or updates.

What background should you have?

• A bachelor's degree in business or a related field and a desire to move up in the project management field.
• A passion for being part of a team that shepherds ideas and teams from product concepts to commercialized consumer packaged goods.
• Able to handle a fast paced environment and the ability to flex with changes in business direction.
• Ability to be flexible and handle many different priorities at one time with attention to detail.
• Understanding of basic project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management software tools such as MS project and smartsheet.
• Exceptional organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
