Circuit Technology Center is recognized as the world’s most innovative specialist in circuit board rework and repair.

We're searching for energetic talent in a fast-paced environment working with the world's leading contractor supporting military and medical companies with high-level circuit board and component level rework services.

This position is for an experienced Hot Air machine operator utilizing Hot Air Rework Equipment such as AirVac DRS25 or similar equipment to rework bottom termination components, BGA’s, QFN’s, LGA’s and Solder Charged Connectors on circuit board assemblies.

Knowledge and Experience in the following processes are required:

• Evaluating the circuit board assembly prior to the process to identify components susceptible to heat exposure.
• Prepping the assembly adjacent to the rework site with masking and shielding to prevent potential collateral damage.
• Machine set-up for the rework process.
• Utilizing metal stencils for solder paste application for component placement.
• Pre and post-rework Xray examination to confirm the soldering process.
