Circle of Wellness and it’s associates are looking for an experienced, dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing staff. The individual in this role would be responsible for working alongside our Advanced practice nurse practitioner and also have the ability to work independently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in nursing
• Illinois license, full practice a plus
• Malpractice policy (will help obtain if needed)
• Current on CEU’s
• Strong knowledge of HIPPA and OSHA
• NPI (will help obtain if needed)
• CAQH registered (will help obtain)
• Self-starter who thrives as a leader
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, uplifting attitude

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Facilitate new patient exams and health history review
• Perform physical examinations
• Order and administer tests including bloodwork
• Review and interpret test results
• Diagnose health problems
• Detect change in patient conditions
• Administer medications
• Recommend further treatments as needed
• Provide referrals and follow up with other practitioners
• Ensure compliant patient records (EHR)
• Willingness to or knowledge of ordering physical therapy and chiropractic
• Willingness to or knowledge of ordering and administering IV therapy
• Willingness to or knowledge of administering trigger point injections, or injections for pain relief, both guided and unguided
• Willingness to or knowledge of administering regenerative medicine such as Botox, stem cell, ozone, PRP, pellets, etc.
• Willingness to or knowledge of med spa procedures such as Botox, fillers, chemical peels, laser hair removal, etc.
